The scope of work for the 9832 Grasmere Dr. Storm Drainage Improvement Project involves the installation of approximately 145 LF of RediRock retaining wall along the north side of the stream bank at the 9832 Grasmere Dr. property. A pedestrian bridge will also be installed on this wall as part of the project to maintain full access to the back of the property. A temporary stream crossing is to be installed upstream of the proposed wall to provide construction access to the back of the property. The estimated cost of the project is $780,000.
